CIM’s activities in Turkey take place mainly in the development policy priority areas agreed between Turkey and Germany. These areas are:

• drinking water supply and sanitation  
• energy
• development of the market system and employment promotion.

The harmonisation of Turkey with EU standards is foremost in CIM’s activities in Turkey. The placement of integrated experts is to benefit primarily small and medium-sized enterprises.
