CIM is planning to restart its Integrated Experts Programme in Cameroon. CIM’s strategic activity areas will primarily be related to the development-policy priorities agreed on between Cameroon and Germany, namely:

+ Decentralisation/Governance, reform processes
+ Conservation of natural resources
+ Health

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH will be helping CIM implement its programmes in Cameroon.

As part of its Returning Experts Programme, CIM provides support year for year to a large number of Cameroon experts returning to their country after a period of study, vocational training or work in Germany. These experts mainly work as

+ engineers
+ university lecturers and teachers
+ doctors and pharmacologists.
