We place experienced, highly qualified managers and technical specialists with employers in our partner countries. Our service package includes:

• Recruitment: CIM searches the German and European labour markets for experts for the position available. We pre-select appropriate candidates and conduct an initial interview. We then propose qualified persons for you to consider yourself.
• Financing: CIM tops up the Integrated Expert’s local salary and pays for their social security.
• Preparatory training: Previous to the assignment, the prospective experts are given preparatory training for their employment abroad. Intercultural communication, your country’s history, geography and culture, and language instruction are some of the material covered.

CIM also places, in addition to experts with years of professional experience, highly-qualified specialists from the coming generation. The advantage for you lies in their state-of-the-art know-how, flexibility and above-average personal commitment and enthusiasm.

CIM also promotes non-European experts who currently live in Germany but would like to return to their home country. If any likely candidates are available for your position, we can include them in the pre-selection process for your consideration.
