Your eligibility

The employers on whose behalf CIM recruits staff on the German and European labour markets expect you to have a thorough knowledge of your own professional field. But they also expect you to have good social skills. This is why we set such high standards for applicants to the Integrated Experts Programme. More than 80 percent of successful candidates have university degrees.

Participants in the Integrated Experts Programme are expected to have the following qualifications and qualities:

  • a diploma or certificate for technical training or a university degree and at least three years of professional experience (Young Professionals may have less);
  • a solid professional foundation and a good knowledge of the language of communication used in the country of assignment;
  • sensitivity for other cultures and ways of getting things done and a high degree of intercultural skill;
  • readiness and ability to pass on knowledge to others;
  • citizenship of Germany or another EU member country.
