CIM is just five minutes on foot from the Westend U-Bahn station (reach by trains U6 or U7). Take the Siesmayerstraße/Mendelssohnstraße exit from the station; Mendelssohnstraße is the second street on the left.
Coming from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main station) with the U4 (direction Bockenheimer Warte), you will have to change trains at the Bockenheimer Warte and take the U6 (direction Ostbahnhof) or U7 (direction Enkheim).
Another possibility is to take the S-Bahn (S-Bahn trains 1-9) to Taunusanlage S-Bahn station. From there it is about 10 minutes on foot to CIM. The S-Bahn leaves directly from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.

BY CAR
At the Nordwestkreuz Frankfurt, take Autobahn exit (Ausfahrt) A66, Miquelallee, in the direction of the Palmengarten.

Unfortunately, CIM has no parking of its own for visitors. Please park your car at the Palmengarten Parkhaus on Siesmayerstraße. CIM is just five minutes from there on foot.
